How this works
We're a referral service, not a full concierge. That means we'll point you to the operators, chalet companies or hotels that we know are right for your family, and they'll handle the booking from there. We aim to save you the legwork of figuring out who to trust.
Response time
You'll hear from us within two working days, often faster. We read everything ourselves, no autoresponders.
No fees
We don't charge you a penny. Where we have a referral arrangement with a partner, we'll always disclose it. Where we don't, we'll still recommend whoever we think fits best, even if there's nothing in it for us.
What we can't do
We can't book transfers, lessons or lift passes for you, and we don't hold availability or quote prices. Our job is to make sure you end up talking to the right people; the rest is between you and them.
